Membership Terms

VIP Club Access:

1. Scope

These Membership Terms govern your membership in the US Formulations VIP Club (“Membership,” “VIP Club”), and are in addition to, and subject to, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Raw Shipments LLC (d/b/a US Formulations). By enrolling in the VIP Club, you acknowledge and agree to all applicable terms.

2. Membership Benefits

As a VIP Club member you receive access to:

  • Exclusive members-only pricing on products listed on usformulations.com.

  • Access to members-only products and/or private content (e.g., workout programs, health advice, wellness tips), as available.

  • Such benefits are subject to change, suspension or termination at US Formulations’ discretion.

3. Membership Fee & Billing

  • The standard VIP Club fee is US $29.97 per month, billed automatically until cancelled (unless you enrolled at a discounted rate, in which case your fee shall be the amount shown at sign-up).

  • By subscribing, you authorize US Formulations to charge your provided payment method for the initial and all subsequent recurring amounts until cancellation.

4. Automatic Renewal

  • Your membership renews automatically for successive one-month periods until you cancel.

  • You accept responsibility for all recurring charges processed prior to cancellation, including any using an updated payment method after expiry of your enrolled card.

5. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date by emailing info@usformulations.com.

  • Membership fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable for the period already paid. Your membership will terminate at the end of the paid month.

  • If you cancel and then later use any VIP-member feature via checkout at usformulations.com, your card will automatically be charged for a new membership plan.

6. Termination by Company

  • US Formulations may terminate or cancel your membership at any time, for any reason or no reason, at its sole discretion.

  • In the event of termination by Company, you will receive a prorated refund for the portion of the current membership period not yet used (if applicable).

7. Changes to Membership Terms

  • US Formulations may modify these Membership Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your initial subscription governs your initial term; any amendments will apply beginning with your next renewal period after notice.

  • Continued membership signifies your acceptance of any revised terms.

8. Relationship to Other Policies

  • Your VIP Club membership and use of associated features is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference and available at usformulations.com.

  • To the extent there is a conflict between these Membership Terms and the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service shall control.

9. Governing Law & Venue

  • These Membership Terms, your enrollment in the VIP Club, and any dispute arising thereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

  • You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Teton County, Wyoming.
