5B. Subscription and Membership Terms
a. Recurring Billing Authorization: By enrolling in any subscription, VIP Club, or auto-ship program, you authorize US Formulations (Raw Shipments LLC) to automatically charge the payment method you provided on a recurring basis for the agreed-upon amount until you cancel.
b. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date by contacting info@usformulations.com or using the cancellation link provided in your customer portal or order confirmation. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds for unused portions are not issued unless required by law.
c. Subscription Changes: We may modify the price, frequency, or content of your subscription by providing at least 15 days’ advance notice to the email on file. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
d. Membership Benefits: VIP membership benefits (discounted pricing, exclusive offers, or similar) are available only while your account is active and in good standing. Benefits are non-transferable and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
e. Payment Failure: If a payment is declined, we may suspend or terminate your subscription immediately. You remain responsible for any outstanding balance.
f. Compliance Notice: All recurring-billing programs offered by US Formulations comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s Negative Option Rule and applicable state automatic-renewal laws.

5C. Consumable Product Handling
Due to the perishable and personal-use nature of supplement products, items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed may not be eligible for return or refund except as required by law.
We are not responsible for degradation resulting from improper storage, exposure to heat or light, or failure to follow label directions after delivery.
