Refund policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their experience at US Formulations. Because we sell consumable dietary supplements, we must follow strict product-handling standards to ensure safety and compliance.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds or returns may be accepted and how requests are processed.
By purchasing from our website, enrolling in our VIP Club, or joining any subscription program, you agree to this Refund Policy as part of our Terms of Service.
2. Returns for One-Time Purchases

Our return window lasts 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked “delivered.”

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, or otherwise removed from its sealed packaging, except where required by law.

Products returned after 7 days or that do not meet these criteria may be denied a refund.
3. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened, used, or partially consumed supplements

Items returned without original packaging

Promotional or sale-priced items

Gift cards, digital downloads, or bonus products included in promotions
4. Refund Process

To request a return, email info@usformulations.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@usformulations.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you once verified.
6. Subscription & Auto-Ship Orders
If you are enrolled in an auto-ship or subscription program:

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date by contacting info@usformulations.com or using the cancellation link in your customer portal.

Subscription charges that have already processed or shipped cannot be refunded.

Refunds will not be issued for shipments in transit at the time of cancellation.
Please ensure cancellations are submitted before the next charge date to avoid renewal.
7. VIP Club Membership Fees

VIP Club memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Membership fees are non-refundable for the portion of the billing period already paid.

You may cancel anytime prior to your next billing date by emailing info@usformulations.com.

Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will occur.
If we terminate a membership for our own reasons unrelated to breach or fraud, we may issue a prorated refund for the unused portion at our discretion.
8. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds
In limited circumstances, we may approve a refund or store credit outside the standard policy. Any such approval is entirely at the discretion of Raw Shipments LLC (d/b/a US Formulations) and does not create a continuing obligation to issue similar refunds in the future.
9. Shipping Returns
To return a product, please use the address provided in your return-authorization email. Do not ship returns without prior approval.
We recommend a trackable and insured shipping service; we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
10. Liability Limitation
Except as required by law, our liability for any claim related to a refund or return is limited to the purchase price actually paid for the product in question.
We are not responsible for lost packages, delays, or damage caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
